Born and raised in Silicon Valley recently relocating to Colorado. I have been in the graphic design industry for over 18 years and before that a martial arts instructor. I taught myself to dance by watching Janet Jackson and Mc Hammer videos in slow motion on a VCR. Yup, I said it, a VCR. I enjoy all types of music from movie scores, LOVE LOVE LOVE, to Gospel/R&B House Music. When I’m not working, I’m usually on the dance floor somewhere. GROOV3 has helped me in so many ways and I want to share that with the world through GROOV3.
